Since not all the goods we sell will come
to you from the same place, they may not all arrive on the same day.
When you place an order with us, you will receive an e-mail from us
immediately, confirming your order and stating the details, including
items ordered, product and freight prices and totals, and your account
information (including part, but not all, of your credit card number).
In the case that an item is out of stock, we’ll notify you within the
next business day, and will include an estimate of the expected ship
date for the out of stock item(s) if at all possible. If you have any
questions, you might check our FAQ page to see if the answer is there.
If it isn’t, or if there is anything else we can do to help, please
give our customer service staff a call at (800) 448-2014, from 8:00
to 5:00 EST on weekdays.
Sales Tax:
Residents of states other than Virginia will not be charged sales tax on any items. Virginia residents will pay 4.5% sales tax on all items, unless we have a valid resale certificate on file.
